I focus on properties in the Greater Boston area and across Eastern Massachusetts. Properties I currently serve are in Boston, Dorchester, Roslindale, West Roxbury, Hyde Park, Quincy, Dedham, Canton, Weymouth, Braintree, Norwood, Abington, Holbrook, Hopkinton, Dighton, and beyond.

I also have experience managing properties in New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Ohio.

I handle all accounting tasks, including billings, collections, payments, and preparing financial records.

I set up accounting software that provides access portals to tenants and property owners, where tenants can view their account balance and make payments online, and property owners can track tenant payments and expenses in real-time.

With over a decade of experience in real estate closings, I work extensively with attorneys, brokers and lenders to ensure smooth, error-free closings. I strive to close transactions with accurate payoffs and clean titles, and no issues will need to be revisited post-closing.

Leasing management covers the entire tenant life cycle, from negotiating and signing the lease agreement to ensuring lease terms compliance, as well as renewing or terminating leases. I ensure leases are structured fairly and enforce rent collection on schedule to protect your investment.

I work directly with banks and private debt capital offices to find mortgage solutions that fit your financial goals. I facilitate loan applications, closings, and ongoing compliance to keep your financing on track.

Maintenance requests from tenants are facilitated either through the property owners’ preferred contractors or through my recommended service providers.

Tenants can report issues through the online portal, and annual inspections and maintenance tasks are automatically scheduled. I coordinate all communications and ensure the timely resolution of maintenance issues.

I strive to maintain high accuracy through meticulous bookkeeping, regular account reconciliations, and thorough preparation of financial records.
